Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description:
The ECMO Respiratory Care Practitioner provides specialized care for patients on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) in a critical care setting. The practitioner assesses patient needs, develops care plans, and acts as a clinical resource for other providers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and perform duties related to ECMO patient care.
- Adhere to ECMO/Mechanical Circulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Provide patient and family support and education.
- Participate in performance improvement projects and education opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in a neonatal, pediatric, or adult critical care setting.
- Associate Degree.
- CRT or RRT certification, with RRT obtained within 12 months of hire.
