Job Summary

Role: We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Erickson-Hall Construction Co.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and provide project leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and managed appropriately.
  • Manage cost proposals and change orders, develop project budgets, and procure necessary work.
  • Oversee project accounting functions, including Owner billings and Subcontractor progress payments.
  • Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Requirements:

  • Commercial and/or Public Works experience managing multiple construction projects or a single larger and complex project.
  • Strong understanding of current construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project scheduling (or other scheduling software).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working on projects as part of a larger school bond program.
  • Procore project management software experience.
  • Higher Education market sector experience.
  • Healthcare market experience.
