Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee a distribution and warehousing facility dedicated to the heavy commercial vehicle Aftermarket sector. Consolidated Metco is dedicated to enhancing its Aftermarket services as we support our OEM clients, fleets, and end users. This role entails the comprehensive management of Aftermarket operations and associated Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor and two Team Leaders, ensuring that the appropriate number of trained personnel are available to fulfill customer demands efficiently.
  • Collaborate with each shift to guarantee sufficient resources are in place while adhering to customer order requirements and company policies.
  • Continuously monitor customer order needs, adjusting inventory levels, planning overtime, and coordinating with scheduling and production facilities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Drive and uphold a 95% inventory accuracy rate, manage the cycle count program, and oversee the semi-annual physical inventory reconciliation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales objectives, inventory management, planning, freight, packaging, and non-production materials.
  • Maintain the integrity of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing operational and personnel policies.
  • Ensure that materials in the warehouse are prepared and staged ahead of shipment schedules.
  • Utilize ERP System reports and communicate with the Scheduling Department and Customer Service to ascertain daily manufacturing needs.
  • Plan and execute the annual physical inventory in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, supporting ISO14001 and TS16949 quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A four-year degree with five or more years of relevant warehouse management experience, or a two-year degree with ten or more years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Experience in Inventory Control management is essential.
  • Logistics and Transportation experience is advantageous.
