Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and other maintenance staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, engineering) preferred.
  • Experience: At least five years of maintenance experience required, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA, HVAC) preferred.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to dust, odors, and noise. The ability to lift 25 pounds and traverse the facility to diagnose and repair equipment is also required.
