Job Title: Player Services Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Player Services Representative II to join our team at Boomtown Casino Biloxi. As a key member of our Player Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process new player card signups, reprints, and pin resets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist and promote Penn Play App activation, Penn Wallet, and Penn Wallet Deposits, educating guests on the benefits and features of these services.
  • Maintain knowledge of property information, including gaming laws and regulations, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
  • Perform various banking and cashiering duties, including exchanging cash, coins, and tokens, and processing credit applications.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Title 31 and money laundering and Suspicious Activity Reporting for Casinos (SARC) requirements.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have good math and money handling skills.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must successfully complete applicable alcohol training certification course.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit.
  • Must have 10-key calculator and keyboarding skills.
  • Previous experience with jet sort, coin roller, check cashing, and credit card cash advance systems is a plus.
