Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
