Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sign Language Interpreter to join our team. As a Sign Language Interpreter, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between students who are deaf or hard of hearing and their teachers and peers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality interpretation services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication between students, teachers, and staff
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a Sign Language Interpreter
  • Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment
