Job Summary

The Accounts Support Manager role is a critical position within the Genuine Parts Company, responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer support across various sales channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive category growth and meet sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including NAPA store owners, managers, and commercial installers

  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless product delivery and support

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of product sales experience, with a strong understanding of critical selling skills

  • Prior experience selling NAPA product categories is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and establish credibility

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of staff and departments

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and understand business planning

Working Conditions

The Accounts Support Manager will work from an office environment, using a computer, phone, and other applications to drive business growth. Overnight travel is rare, but the associate may need to be out of town for training and support.
