Sales Manager – Gerald KIA Naperville

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales manager to lead our sales team to success. With a proven track record of exceptional customer service, sales skills, and training abilities, you will be responsible for guiding our team to achieve outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly forecasts.
  • Work closely with sales team members to set and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss progress and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a positive sales culture and promote employee retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dealer management and sales leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and training skills.
