Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in the Americas. As a key member of our packaging sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Relevant commercial degree/education and technical understanding of complex products
  • Proven history in sales, ideally in a B-to-B environment or technical sales
  • Strong sales skills, product, application, and process knowledge in packaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially minded and able to network effectively
  • Familiar with working in a matrix organization
  • Decisive and results-oriented
  • Agile in the face of change
