Position Overview

The Product Support Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management of operations pertaining to product sales and project financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and validate financial aspects of new projects for the Sales division.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is submitted for new Sales initiatives.
  • Initiate and establish new Sales projects.
  • Collaborate with the Credit department to secure customer credit approvals.
  • Manage the opening and closing of work orders for Sales projects.
  • Monitor project costs effectively.
  • Generate invoices for customers regarding equipment and services associated with Sales projects.
  • Maintain an updated backlog report of ongoing projects.
  • Compile, assess, and disseminate monthly reports related to Product Sales.
  • Process vendor invoices for new equipment such as generators, transfer switches, and engines.
  • Oversee and close out deferred funds on a project-specific basis as required.
  • Track equipment inventory and identify items that are aging.
  • Conduct cycle counts for inventory management.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate deliveries for product shipments to clients.
  • Supervise purchasing activities.
  • Provide clients with both partial and full lien waivers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of installed equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all operations.
  • Collaborate with the Product Sales team to communicate project modifications, vendor challenges, and facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Manage operations in alignment with company objectives.
