**Job Summary:**

As a Production Supervisor at Goodyear, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing retreading functions for light and medium truck, bus, and specialty tires. You will also provide leadership for Retread Technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met.

**Responsibilities:**

- Safely and proficiently operate all machines and perform all functions in the retread plant.

- Ensure all documentation and production records are completed accurately and properly.

- Maintain production schedules, control production, and control quality of production.

- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the service goals of the plant and its guests.

- Set standards and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.

- Valid driver's license.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- No relocation is being offered for this position.

- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or GED.

- Retread manufacturing experience.

**Candidate Criteria:**

- Strong oral and written communication ability.

- Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.

- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.

- Must be a self-starter and willing to take initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
