Customer Service Representative Bilingual Vietnamese

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Experience Representative Bilingual Vietnamese to join our team at Verda Healthcare, Inc.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Medicare members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to Medicare members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate members, family, providers, and caregivers regarding benefits and plan options, ensuring they understand their coverage and options.
- Accurately explain benefits and plan options in person, via email, or telephonically, providing clear and concise information.
- Follow up with members to clarify issues, determine causes, and identify solutions, escalating issues to management or other departments as needed.
- Consistently meet and/or exceed departmental standards, including quality, productivity, and adherence to schedule and attendance.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- 1-2 years call center or related customer service experience required.
- 1-2 years of prior experience with Medicare benefits, including Medicare Advantage Plans.
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy industry is highly desirable.
