  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including the backroom area, and ensure all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates and addressing priorities as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
