Contract Customer Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Customer Support Manager to join our team at Phillip Jeffries. As a key member of our Contract Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our luxury interior design community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Contract Customer Service Department team and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Work with top designers, luxury showrooms, and our PJ sales force to provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to other contract staff as needed
  • Work with the Purchasing Department to negotiate pricing
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience managing a team
  • 2+ years of experience in the commercial industry
  • Previous experience with Inside Sales/Project Management
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to manage and organize multiple priorities
  • Previous experience with training and development
  • Luxury brand experience a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well-versed with ERP/CRM systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • BA degree preferred
