We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily upkeep and cleanliness of our properties, including landscaping, amenities, parking lots, and trash areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial services.
  • Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets our high standards.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Assist with after-hours emergencies and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of experience in a maintenance technician role or two years of experience in a related field.
  • Janitorial experience preferred.
  • Possess basic knowledge of landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation and repairs, and installation and repair of flooring.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record.
