Job Title: Clinic Ultrasound Technologist

Aylo Health is seeking a skilled Clinic Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Rex, Georgia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform diagnostic sonography examinations in accordance with industry protocols and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing exam rooms and equipment, conducting sonography examinations, and communicating with patients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations
  • Conduct sonography examinations in accordance with industry protocols and standards
  • Communicate with patients in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Review patient medical history and supporting clinical information
  • Evaluate contraindications, insufficient patient preparation, and patient inability or unwillingness to tolerate the examination
  • Apply independent judgment during the sonography examination to ensure accurate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are captured in the examination images
  • Document any incidental findings that might impact patient safety or patient care
  • Operate the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
Requirements:
  • Sonography education, training, and experience in the specialty area(s) to be performed
  • Demonstrated competence in the specialty area(s) to be performed, including sonographer certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for documentation activities and report generation
  • State sonographer licensure, where applicable
