Job Overview

A Finished Goods Representative (FGR) is responsible for the movement, storage, and distribution of finished goods after they have left the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, prepare and administer work tasks to warehouse staff.
  • Maintain physical inventories of products and ensure accurate records in S4/Hana and Warehouse Monitor.
  • Generate packing slips and bill of ladings for outbound shipments.
  • Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with accurate documentation.
  • Ensure all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Perform post-good issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with internal sales teams regarding delays in outbound shipments and determine remedial actions.
  • Develop strong relationships with warehouse and operations staff.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • At least two (2) plus years of customer service representative experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Proficient experience working with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and effective complaint resolution.
  • Ability to form and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
