Job Title: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative at Contemporary Care, LLC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to callers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional support to callers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with callers and colleagues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Two years or more of experience working in a fast-paced medical practice.
  • Significant attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EMR/PM software.
