  • Document customer interactions accurately.

  • Collect premium payments and explain referral programs to customers.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote financial products.
  • Update customer information and verify contact details.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and return messages in a timely manner.
  • Understand underwriting and compliance regulations.
  • Stay informed about new products and services.
  • Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:
  • Must be Bilingual in Portuguese and English
  • Willingness to learn, be intuitive and coachable
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Strong listening and closing skills
