Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Waterco. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide proactive sales support to customers.
- Account Management: Schedule and bill for services, deliveries, and new installations; coordinate schedules with the service/operations manager.
- Order Processing: Process customer payments and maintain accurate internal reports.
- Communication: Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule additional services or offer maintenance plans.
- Problem-Solving: Conduct extensive problem-solving, order processing, and regular maintenance of customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience
- Skills: Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional phone etiquette
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in a sales/marketing environment
- Data Entry Experience: Experience in data entry
Essential Skills:
- Computer Proficiency: Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Windows Operating System: Fluency with the Windows operating system and basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Proprietary Customer Service Program: Ability to learn a proprietary customer service program
