Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers by delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service by adhering to top-tier service standards.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions and product offerings.
- Assist customers with various services such as:
- Gift wrapping
- Gift registries
- Locating merchandise
- Catalog and special orders
- Back orders and deliveries
- Employ effective sales techniques to drive multiple transactions and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
- Accurately process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Support the visual merchandising efforts, ensuring appealing presentation and signage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom.
- Process, label, and replenish merchandise as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and retail sales (specialty retail preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical capability to be active on the sales floor and lift items up to 75 pounds.
Availability Requirements
Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week. Weekend availability must be on separate days.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficiency in operating the POS system.
