We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Holiday Seasonal Sales Associate at our Farmers Market location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized shopping experiences and utilizing effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and assist customers with special services including gift wrap, gift registry, and locating merchandise.
- Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions, and assist in implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting.
- Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards, and process, ticket, and restock merchandise as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, operate POS system, and lift and mobilize medium to large items (up to 75 lbs.) while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
