Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to a diverse customer base.
  • Manage a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork.
  • Oversee kitchen staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and forecasting to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Review financial performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous club experience is highly desirable.
  • A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
