Job Summary:

The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall strategic, programmatic, and operational leadership of GREEN MPNA, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our community while expanding our reach and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Vision: Provide strategic leadership and vision to advance GREEN MPNA's mission and goals.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives, including youth educational programs, health equity initiatives, environmental justice projects, and community empowerment efforts.
  • Community Engagement & Advocacy: Serve as the primary spokesperson for GREEN MPNA, representing the organization to community members, partners, stakeholders, and the media.
  • Fundraising & Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure diverse funding streams, including grants, donations, and partnerships.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and fiscal management of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Board Relations: Collaborate with the Advisory Board to support governance and organizational development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in public health, social work, environmental science, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a nonprofit organization, government agency, or related field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice, community engagement, and environmental advocacy.
  • Proven history of successful fundraising and development efforts.
  • Strong fiscal management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in partnership development and collaborative projects.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation:

GREEN MPNA offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position with a compensation of $80K - $90K annually.

Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurances, paid time off, and a 403b retirement plan.
