Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Coordinator to join our team at RTA US. As a Product Strategy Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating product catalogs, creating technical line sheets for licensing, and ensuring the integrity of PLM data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line Management: maintaining and updating product catalogs, creating technical line sheets for licensing, ensuring the integrity of PLM data, collecting and organizing training tools, and providing support for all product development milestones.
  • Reporting: extracting information from data systems, including the preparation of monthly reports, and creating detailed reports for upper management that require a high level of accuracy.
  • Material Management: assisting with the development of new materials, organizing samples, and maintaining the integrity of material libraries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising management and/or Product Development.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Previous experience with reporting, recruiting, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications (specifically Excel and PPT).
  • Adaptability and flexibility to both work individually as well as within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the fashion industry, product management, product development, accessories, merchandising, or business development.
