Science and Technology Fellow Opportunity

ARServices, a leading provider of innovative solutions for defense, security, and national intelligence, is seeking a highly skilled Science and Technology Fellow to join our team in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and grow a national security portfolio of programs spanning a broad S&T spectrum, including CBRN disciplines and life sciences.
  • Advise clients on emerging technology and its impact on mission objectives.
  • Develop and execute winning proposals for large, complex programs.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, directing and overseeing team efforts to deliver compliant, compelling, and winning proposals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client executives and identify influential decision-makers.
  • Translate requirements into robust win strategies, testing and validating solutions with customers to advance value propositions and differentiated bid elements.
  • Drive corporate teaming and direct technical solutions through final proposal submission.
Requirements:
  • PhD degree and 10+ years of related experience in a relevant field.
  • Active/current Top Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to support winning complex, prime contract awards in support of federal government clients.
  • Strong project management skills, including PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a National Laboratory.
  • Prior service with DHS, DoD, and DOE.
