Job Title: Assistant General Manager

At Dimension Hospitality, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Rooms, Food and Beverage, and Engineering disciplines, ensuring that our hotel maintains established revenue, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the Rooms Division, Food and Beverage Division, and Engineering discipline, ensuring that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement new programs to increase guest satisfaction and operational excellence, responding to guest complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Manage daily inventory to maximize room revenue and ensure that budgeted room revenues are met.
  4. Supervise the Food and Beverage department, ensuring that food preparation and service meet established operational standards and maximize profits.
  5. Establish and maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
  6. Develop and implement cost control systems for all rooms and food and beverage related inventories, participating in the development of short-term and long-term financial and operational plans.
  7. Oversee an ongoing maintenance program, ensuring that all internal and external areas of the hotel meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  8. Monitor and maintain property-specific cleanliness guidelines in all areas of the property.
  9. Oversee transient and package advertising opportunities, ensuring hotel participation in brand-specific programs.
  10. Ensure high associate morale by rewarding team members who meet or exceed guest expectations.
  11. Oversee the implementation and development of all training programs.
  12. Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, directly involved in all hiring and disciplinary decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary:

$90,000 - $100,000 annually
