Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to collaborate with our creative team and contribute to the development of visually stunning designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, packaging, displays, sales materials, social media graphics, and swag.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop on-brand visual concepts and execute designs that captivate and engage.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and concepts to brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the visual direction of projects.
  • Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and consistent visuals.
  • Manage creative marketing projects, including partnering with internal and external creative partners, and execute the project from concept to implementation to post-analysis.
  • Source third-party resources as needed, including print vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and best practices to continually enhance your skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Art Design or related discipline.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and ability to work with various design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with and understanding of packaging design and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Passion for cannabis culture and a keen interest in the evolving cannabis industry.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • 2+ years of experience working in graphic design.
  • Must be 21+.
