Natural Products Sales Director

The National Business Development Team Leader at Next In Natural will lead the development of strategic partnerships to drive growth in the organic food industry. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent leadership skills, and strong analytical approach to building business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Nurturing and building existing customer relationships
- Leading and supporting the Business Development Team, Brokers, and Merchandising team members
- Supporting Trade Marketing initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential for this role. A passion for healthy food and drink is also required. Estimated salary: $125,000-$145,000 per year.
Responsibilities may require overnight travel to support customers and build new markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development in the organic or natural retail sector and simultaneous multi-brand-building experience.
