Job Title: Tech Product Director

 

We are looking for a skilled Tech Product Director to lead our product development efforts in a fast-paced, innovative FinTech environment. As a Tech Product Director, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge technologies that meet the evolving needs of our B2B customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Working closely with engineering and product leadership to develop and implement product roadmaps, leveraging your expertise in technology and market trends.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Providing guidance and support to product managers, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a FinTech or related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and task management software such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
