Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Low Voltage Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate our low voltage projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of the low voltage construction landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage low voltage projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and team members to meet project goals.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Assist in creating project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive schedule for field personnel, adjusting as necessary based on project demands.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and record maintenance.
  • Support the organization of project meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project coordination and administrative support.
  • Knowledge of low voltage systems and technologies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
