Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Bar Receptionist to join our team at FACE FOUNDRI. As a Front Bar Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRI.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager and explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRI products.
  • Operational Support: Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low and assist in all in-store operational processes.
  • Store Standards: Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times and accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
  • Training and Development: Attend mandatory training and team meetings and follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services.

Requirements

  • Guest Service Experience: 1 year of guest service experience.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Sales and marketing experience is required.
  • Salon Experience: Salon experience is preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
