Mold Remediation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Remediation Technician to join our team at Rapid Mold Removal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving mold-related issues in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough mold inspections and assessments to identify the type and extent of mold infestations in various properties.
- Safely and effectively remove mold from affected areas using industry-approved equipment and techniques.
- Clean and disinfect mold-contaminated surfaces using established protocols.
- Install and maintain mold-resistant materials to prevent future mold growth.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and procedures while working with hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute mold remediation projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and completion records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of the remediation process and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mold remediation or a related field is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with power and hand tools, as well as their maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
