Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Remediation Technician to join our team at Rapid Mold Removal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving mold-related issues in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough mold inspections and assessments to identify the type and extent of mold infestations in various properties.
  • Safely and effectively remove mold from affected areas using industry-approved equipment and techniques.
  • Clean and disinfect mold-contaminated surfaces using established protocols.
  • Install and maintain mold-resistant materials to prevent future mold growth.
  • Follow strict safety guidelines and procedures while working with hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute mold remediation projects efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and completion records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of the remediation process and addressing any concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in mold remediation or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with power and hand tools, as well as their maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
