Job Overview

The Account Sales Manager - Oncology plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and developing strong client relationships within the oncology segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the oncology market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oncology space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals
  • Provide product and market knowledge to clients, offering tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Forecast sales and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies
  • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote products
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, specifically in the oncology space
  • Demonstrated success in account management and sales within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of oncology products, treatments, and market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines in the healthcare sector
