Position Overview:
As a Retail Brand Activation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing Coca Cola merchandising initiatives across retail locations within your assigned area. This position entails physical tasks such as lifting and transporting merchandise, constructing displays, and ensuring an orderly and appealing product presentation. Your key focus will be to enhance brand visibility and engage consumers effectively, thereby driving sales growth. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive on strategic execution, hands-on tasks, and fostering customer relationships.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for daily travel within the assigned area.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours (40 hours per week) to accommodate retail and bottler requirements, including potential early mornings and weekends.
  • Capability to lift and carry cases exceeding 40 lbs and independently construct displays regularly.
  • Proficiency in transporting promotional materials, merchandising tools, and products.
  • Strong customer service aptitude is essential.
  • A results-oriented and customer-centric approach with a collaborative spirit is required.
  • Ability to passionately represent the Coca Cola brand is essential.
  • Skilled in networking, sales, and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Competence in building and sustaining effective working relationships with all members of the extended sales and brand teams.
  • Ability to leverage opportunities across multiple resources to achieve objectives.
  • Willingness to travel out of state may be necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: $52,000 - $55,000.
  • Annual Bonus Potential: 10%.
  • Monthly Auto Allowance: $600.
  • Monthly Communication Allowance: $150.
  • Monthly Wellness Benefit: $50.

Interview Process:
  1. Complete the brief application process.
  2. Participate in a 30-minute video interview with the hiring team (camera on required).
Key Responsibilities:
Local Market Sales & Execution (90%):
  • Promote and merchandise additional cases on displays to expand retail floor space.
  • Implement new displays to enhance market share and brand presence in retail outlets.
  • Secure new product placements for assigned brands to increase market share and case volume.
  • Deploy promotional materials to boost brand visibility and impressions in accounts.
  • Address stock shortages for assigned brands through incremental display sales.
  • Visit retail accounts to merchandise products and enhance distribution through additional displays.
  • Identify high-traffic display opportunities and uphold brand merchandising standards across accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager weekly to review territory coverage plans based on commercial opportunities.
Communication and Review (10%):
  • Document a minimum of 35 account visits weekly using Repsly.
  • Record 40 working hours weekly via Repsly.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings and discussions.
  • Review weekly and monthly key performance indicators with the Field Sales Manager.
  • Manage budget effectively through bi-weekly expense report submissions.
