Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for daily travel within the designated area.
- Flexibility to work varied hours (40 hours per week) to accommodate store and bottler requirements, including potential early mornings and weekends.
- Capability to lift and transport cases exceeding 40 lbs and independently construct displays regularly.
- Ability to handle and move POS materials, merchandising tools, and products.
- Strong customer service orientation is essential.
- Results-oriented and customer-centric mindset with a collaborative spirit is necessary.
- Passion and enthusiasm for representing our brand is required.
- Skilled in networking, sales, and engaging with diverse groups of individuals.
- Proficient in developing and sustaining effective relationships with all members of the sales and brand teams.
- Adept at leveraging opportunities across multiple resources to achieve objectives.
- Willingness to travel out of state may be necessary.
- Annual Salary: $52,000 - $55,000.
- Annual Bonus Potential: 10%.
- Monthly Auto Allowance: $600.
- Monthly Communication Allowance: $150.

Sales & Execution in Local Market (90%):
- Promote and merchandise additional cases on displays to expand retail space.
- Implement new displays to enhance market share and product availability in stores.
- Secure new facings for assigned brands to increase market share and case volume.
- Utilize POS materials to boost brand visibility and consumer impressions in accounts.
- Address out-of-stock situations for assigned brands through additional sales floor displays.
- Visit accounts to merchandise products and enhance distribution through additional displays.
- Identify high-traffic display opportunities and uphold brand merchandising standards across accounts.
- Review weekly territory coverage plans with the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective account coverage.
- Document a minimum of 35 account visits weekly via Repsly.
- Log 40 working hours weekly via Repsly.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and discussions.
- Review weekly and monthly KPI progress with the Field Sales Manager.
- Manage budget effectively through bi-weekly expense report submissions.
