Job Title: Investment Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of licensed retail bankers and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted securities fee income goals within assigned territories.
  • Design and deliver coaching sessions to train bankers on investment strategies and product solutions.
  • Conduct solo and joint appointments with bankers to identify potential clients and provide solutions that align with their needs and financial goals.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the bank to develop relationships and credibility with internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Prior brokerage industry experience.
  • Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses.
  • Variable Annuity license.
  • Motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and internal sales competition.
  • Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
  • Highly developed coaching and teaching skills.
  • Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships.
