  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of food service.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability and efficiency.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55-65k, plus bonus and benefits, starting on the first day of the month after hire. Our kitchen operates from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 9pm on Sunday, with no late nights or franchises.
