Job Description

At the California ISO, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Process Architect to drive positive change across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise processes, standards, tools, and training to enable process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Continuous Improvement (CI) framework and lead prioritization activities for process changes and multi-faceted projects.
  • Lead cross-departmental efforts to ensure the planning, monitoring, and timely completion of CIs and related milestones.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams and review project deliverables.
  • Define requirements and lead configuration for MS Project, schedule templates, SharePoint structure, tracking metadata, and other Portfolio and Project Management tools.
  • Responsible for the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and Project LifeCycle (PLC) methodologies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training, or experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Project or Program Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Equivalent years of education and training, plus six (6) or more years related experience.
  • Project Management or Agile certifications desirable.

  • Demonstrates fundamental leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills required.
  • Excellent analytical skills are required, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical materials and concepts in a non-technical manner.
