Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality in our Salesforce implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives.
  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce implementation.
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team, and work with them to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce implementation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives.
