The Department of Radiation Medicine is a vital component of the UK Markey Cancer Center, an NCI-designated Cancer Center. The department offers a dynamic clinical practice with cutting-edge technology, facilities, and medical physics support, as well as active translational and clinical research programs within the context of a robust healthcare enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a full-time member of the Department of Radiation Medicine, focusing on gynecologic cancers and brachytherapy.
- Primary responsibility in patient care services.
- Demonstrate potential for excellence as a teacher and clinician, with evidence of high professional status and potential for local/state recognition.
- Collaborate as a co-investigator with other faculty members in the Department of Radiation Medicine on ongoing projects of an investigative nature.
- Eligible to obtain, or in current possession of, a license to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Medicine.
