The Project Manager for Controls Group position at Kupper Engineering, LLC is a key role within the company's controls group. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of various controls projects and be able to assist with managing projects and guiding team members.

The responsibilities of this position include creating budgets, negotiating with vendors, delegating work, and continuously improving the integration services and execution process while maintaining and creating client relationships.

As a Project Manager for Controls Group, you will work with Clients, Business Development Staff, Managers, and Engineers to coordinate project designs. You will also prepare management reports for internal and external use, manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel, and coordinate and manage Computer Aided Drafting and engineering quality control.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer knowledge and advanced skills using CAD and Microsoft Office applications. A BS in Engineering, Engineering Management, or a similar discipline is preferred, and experience with REVIT is an advantage. PMP Certification is also preferred but not required.

This role may require occasional overnight stays and local day travel. You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the office and job sites.
