About the Role

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc., a leading global packaging manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Digital Workflow Automation Expert to join its Graphics Studio in Ambler, Pennsylvania.

This innovative team provides comprehensive support and graphics development services to Crown's Beverage Division and customer base. As part of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in digital workflow automation and contribute to the company's success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Esko Webcenter and Automation Engine workflows, as well as creating new applications to meet the organization's evolving needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Website Development, Executive Leadership, Sales, Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Quality.

  • Application Programming/Integration: Design and develop integrated Esko Webcenter automation and business process workflows that align with the company's current and future business objectives. Collaborate with the graphics team and management to ensure applications continue to meet organizational needs and best practices are followed.
  • Application Support: Provide expert user support for graphic application-related issues, including login, functionality, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance of a support log with appropriate status updates.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital workflow automation, experience working with Esko Webcenter, and excellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite. Strong project and time management skills, good IT troubleshooting abilities, and great team-playing skills are essential for success in this role.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A competitive estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and location.
