We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Donor Recruitment Account Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Donor Recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and pursuing a diverse population of blood sponsors to expand market growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement creative strategies to attract, manage, and retain potential blood drive sponsors and feeder groups for existing blood drives.
  • Identify and apply appropriate methods to ensure efficient scheduling of blood drives by assigned sponsors.
  • Provide comprehensive organizational and operational support to sponsor contact.
  • Establish activities with collections personnel to ensure a positive sponsor and donor experience.
  • Implement education programs for sponsor contact, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer tele-recruiters within assigned groups.
  • Ensure records in the system are accurately maintained to provide tracking and statistical data on sponsor group performance.
  • Utilize tools, technology, and strategy provided by the organization to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on a team and provide own transportation for business purposes.
  • Current valid driver's license and good driving record.
