Job Title: Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong partnerships with listed companies, serving as the primary point of contact for Executives, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations contacts. This strategic and collaborative role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, investor relations, and the ability to develop and maintain key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet regularly with clients to educate them on the Nasdaq value proposition, including listings, IR, ESG, and Governance solutions.
  • Grow client book of business, retain listing partnerships, and develop long-term client partnerships.
  • Manage client retention pipeline in Salesforce and track client meetings and interactions.
  • Develop and deliver listing proposal deliverables in collaboration with the Nasdaq Marketing Team.
  • Win listing spin-offs in their book of business and manage quarterly Service Level Agreements.
  • Prepare calls sheets and talking points for Nasdaq Senior Management and prepare Nasdaq Executive Remarks for bell ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with the MID and Surveillance team to help companies understand trading activity.
Requirements:
  • MBA, MSc, or similar qualification.
  • At least 8 years of experience.
  • Eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
