Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Supply Chain team, the Supply & Inventory Planner is expected to demonstrate a proactive and analytical approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be integral to ensuring optimal product availability and inventory levels, aligning with established inventory plans, demand forecasts, and service level agreements.

You will report directly to the Supply Chain Management Strategy & Planning Manager.

Your duties will include overseeing the total supply scenarios for the designated warehouse, managing local tolling planning, and coordinating with supply planners for replenishments.

You will be the primary contact for daily order management and will address availability challenges effectively.

Additionally, you will manage inventory levels and quality, ensuring a balance between supply reliability and financial implications.

Collaboration with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Business Line Managers, and Sales teams, will be essential to gather necessary inputs and achieve cross-functional alignment.

You will work closely with plant schedulers, customer service, demand planners, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless operations.

Your role also involves ensuring that all supply planning and inventory management processes adhere to company standards and support overall business objectives.

You will assist in preparing for the Supply Review Meeting as part of the monthly Integrated Business Process.
You will be responsible for maintaining various types of master data in supporting systems.

Active participation in the implementation of new projects and providing timely feedback on project status will be expected.

Furthermore, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, key performance indicators, inventory levels, and optimizing operational costs throughout the supply chain.

Compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the food industry, focusing on production planning and inventory management.
Experience in handling daily orders and inventory management is required.
