About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Parts Manager to join our team at Coach USA. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive inventory of replacement parts and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a complete inventory of parts and supplies to support our fast-paced maintenance shop.
  • Collaborate with mechanics to ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and minimize downtime.
  • Process and track part returns, core returns, and warranty claims.
  • Issue parts and monitor distribution to technicians, documenting usage for specific jobs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Possess or obtain certification for the safe operation of a forklift.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Mechanical experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of parts and inventory management.
  • Ability to maintain proper inventory levels and utilize computers for record keeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Driver's license required.
