  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • Provide people leadership skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years production, supply chain experience, or leadership, or High School diploma/GED and 7 years production or supply chain experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity.

Desired Characteristics:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement best practices.

  • Prior team leading experience.
  • OMLP/ETLP graduate.
