Physical Therapist Outpatient Per Diem NYC

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient per diem position in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State, with specialized certifications as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical, and mechanical means in accordance with a physician's prescription and/or referral.
- Administer direct patient care and maintain complete medical records for each patient.
- Design a treatment program to achieve established goals and make accurate observations of patient tolerance and/or status during treatment.
- Respond appropriately to established department emergency procedures for patient safety and care.
- Submit required documentation in accordance with department policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
- Attend family meetings/conferences and interact with members of the inter-disciplinary staff pertaining to patient welfare and management.
- Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
